Apple Cinnamon Slices
I discovered this gem of a pudding accidentally while I was desperately trying to avoid the chocolate cupboard. I was presented with a bowl of fruit and a few spices when an idea went off in my head.
You’ll need:
1 whole apple
Cinnamon
A peeler
A microwave
1. Firstly peel the apple and chop it into relatively large chunks.
2. Place it in a microwavable bowl and cover.
3. Heat the apple slices on full heat for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
4. Remove from the microwave and give a light sprinkle of cinnamon.
5. Voila! Delicious cooked apple, you’ll be surprised how quick this fixes your sweet tooth.
Berry Blast Iced Smoothie
I can feel summer coming! What better way to celebrate than with a refreshing berry blast, iced smoothie?
You’ll need:
– Frozen berries of your choice
– A healthy yogurt (we recommend Skyr)
– Ice
– 1 Banana
– A blender
1. This one is fairly simple, chuck in all your ingredients into a blender and blend baby blend!
