In the spirit of #stressawarenessmonth this April we have put some cracking recipes for some extra special face masks you can make right at home to help you chill out after a long day.
Soothing Bananas

Yes, it’s true!
Bananas are actually full of natural properties that soothe and moisturise the skin.
Take a banana and mash it up until it’s at a paste consistency.
Apply it to your face and neck, let it set for 10 to 20 minutes and then wash off with cold water.
Then say hello to smooth, fresh skin!
Red Wine Galore
A great excuse to buy a bottle of wine, however wine contains antioxidants which are shown to be effective in reducing wrinkles and tightening the skin.
You’ll need 1 egg, 1 egg yolk and 3 tablespoons of red wine.
Combine the ingredients until they are all combined. Take a pastry brush (if you have one) and apply a very thin layer to your face and neck.
Let the mask set for about 10 minutes and then wash with warm water.

For the Coffee Lovers

We absolutely LOVE our morning coffee! However coffee is more than just a boost to your energy levels.
It’s been shown to cleanse, exfoliate and increase blood flow to the face. It also makes your face smell fantastic!
You will need a tablespoon of ground coffee and 2 – 3 tablespoon of whole milk. Mix together and gentle apply to your face and neck. Let it sit for 3-5 minutes and remove with cold water.
