One of the wonders of Skinny Revolution is that your cravings disappear. However very occasionally we will have the urge to dig into that packed of crisps or start working on the secret chocolate at the back of the cupboard.
How do we stop these pesky cravings from creeping up on us, ultimately leading us to fail and give up on our diets?
Below are a few top tips to help you stay on that wagon!
1. You cant eat what you don’t have.
There’s nothing wrong with a treat now and then but studies show that you are more likely to eat treats if you keep them in your home.
There is much less of an appeal to eat chocolate if you have to tread through the rain to get it. You’ll find that you snack a lot less when temptation isn’t nearby.
2. Start exercising.
Exercising releases all kinds of feel good chemicals in your brain. As a lot of us comfort eat it can mean we gain weight unnecessarily.
Once you start exercising, no matter what it is you’ll notice your mood improve and you’ll find yourself less inclined to reach for the biscuits instead.

3. Treat yourself.
This may seem odd but yes, you are allowed a small treat occasionally. By having a small fix you’ll satisfy the craving without going crazy.
