The problem with dieting is that we often say no too often, leading to us eventually falling off the wagon.

We understand the struggle that losing weight brings, so here are a few snacks you can enjoy without feeling too guilty about.

Protein Peanut Butter and Banana on Toast

High Pro peanut butter is a fantastic substitute for the real deal. In fact we love it so much we’ve featured it in this article!

Ingredients:

Banana
Peanut Butter (Hi-Pro)
Brown Toast

The method isn’t too complicated however using Hi-Pro peanut butter means that you cut down on your fat and sugar content meaning you can still enjoy delicious peanut butter guilt free!

 

Chocolatey Overnight Oats

While overnight oats are usually used for breakfast they also make a rather nifty dessert.

Ingredients:

Oats
Cocoa Powder
Almonds
Semi Skimmed Milk

  1. Mix the oats, milk and cocoa powder together.
  2. Sprinkle with almonds.
  3. Leave to set in the fridge overnight, then enjoy!

 

Frozen Nutty Bananas

Nothing gets better than banana and chocolate.

Ingredients:

Banana
Dark Chocolate

1. Melt the chocolate.
2. Dip the banana in chocolate and leave to cool, then serve.

This is a personal favourite of mine! I’m happy to pass on this simple but oh so good recipe.
